By Tatiana Torres
The pieces were made by hand. The brand had nowhere to sell them.
01
Who they are
By Tatiana Torres is a Colombian brand of handmade jewellery and accessories. Earrings, necklaces, woven pieces, earcuffs, belly chains and bracelets. Its Caribea collection says it plainly. A free woman carrying the story of the sea on her skin, and every piece as a celebration of where she comes from.
02
What we found
By Tatiana Torres had no store either. The pieces are made by hand, one at a time, and there was no place to see them together, understand each collection and buy them. The store was built from scratch.
03
What we made
A store where the piece comes before the price.
The entrance is the collection on film, with the brand's own words over it, because handmade jewellery sells for what it evokes. Below it the catalogue starts, sorted by type of piece, which is how someone who already knows what they want looks for it. Every category has its own door in the menu, with no search box and no hidden filter in between.
And underneath, the usual. Product pages with real photos of each piece, variants, cart, accounts, search and checkout in pesos. None of this shows when it works, which is exactly the point.
Walkthrough of the store, on desktop.
On mobile, which is where people buy.
04
What changed
The brand now has somewhere to sell. Every piece has its own page with real photos, each collection is told in full, and buying closes online, in pesos, without depending on a message.
