Who they are
Yo Hablo Inglés is an education institution in Barranquilla, registered with the local Secretariat of Education. They teach conversational English to people of all ages, in person, with levels A1, A2 and B1, a participation certificate and a scholarship program. Their line says it. A language isn't studied, it's learned.

What we found
The main challenge was the domain. A registered institution, with more than fifteen years of teaching, showed up online with the same kind of address as any language school. Getting a .edu.co domain requires proving you are an educational institution, and they could prove it.

What we made
We handled the process until the domain yohabloingles.edu.co came through. On that domain we built the website and the institutional email accounts, as with our other clients.
The website shows the real Barranquilla building, explains the method, the levels and the accreditation, and puts the scholarship application one click away. What's next is a payment gateway for student fees, so enrolling and paying happen in the same place.

What changed
Yo Hablo Inglés now has a .edu.co domain, its own email and a website that looks like the institution it is. Online payments are the next step, and they're already on the way.
